Jail Coalition
Stop the Inhumanity
The core mission of the Cuyahoga County Jail Coalition is to stop the inhumanity at the jail. Here we keep record of the grievances against the jail's administration, commemorate those who lost their lives due to the jail's inhumane management, and archive the ways in which our communities have attempted to seek justice for these egregious human rights violations perpetrated against our most vulnerable community members.
Jail Deaths
County officials and jail staff are directly responsible for the egregious situation where our community members die in the jail. These are preventable deaths of loved ones. Please click here for a full list of known deaths since 2018.
